After a sucessful rollout in Delhi NCR, the iCare team is proud to announce it’s very first batch of iCare certified chauffeurs in Mumbai!
The drivers enrolled for the iCare certification program were trained on the 4 iCare Life pillars viz rules and regulations, car care, safety and self-development. The training was imparted via short modules which were viewed on tablets. A wide range of topics such as defensive driving, handling road rage, road etiquette, compliance and more were covered.
On successful completion of the knowledge tests and skill assessment on our specially designed simulator in compliance with the service standards established by iCare Life Singapore Pte Ltd, the 1st batch of chauffeurs in Mumbai were awarded Certificates of Merit for the ‘iCare Chauffeur Training Program Level 1’ at a convocation ceremony held in the Mumbai Traffic Police Headquarters at Worli on 31st January 2015.
Addl C.P. (Traffic) Quaiser Khalid and the D.C.P. (Traffic) Dr. Pratap R. Dighavkar graced the function and awarded the certificates to the chauffeurs.
